The beautiful comfort king room had separate bedrooms. the breakfast provided plenty of options and was generous. the location is a short walk to the nearby mountains, Oberstdorf, a restaurant, and the reception area. the staff members were friendly and helpful.

Had a great time spent in a very family-friendly hotel over Easter. the breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide range of delicious food options. We enjoyed the fact that the hotel had a gym and a pool, which was very clean and well maintained. the staff was extremely accommodating and welcoming. Best aspects: the sauna experience was fantastic, and the hotel offered multiple kinds of saunas to suit everyone's preference. the location of the hotel was convenient and only a short drive away from various local attractions. Lastly, we loved the fact that the hotel provided a free shuttle service, which made getting around easy.

That the WiFi signal was weak in some areas of the hotel, and the connection was very slow, which made it hard to work or watch videos from our room.

We had a great stay at this 4-star hotel. The staff were friendly and spoke English, making it easy for us to communicate. One employee even went the extra mile and managed to get us a table for four in the busy restaurant. Our room had a large balcony with stunning views of the mountains, which was a treat to wake up to every morning. The location of this hotel was perfect for us, as it was just outside the town and allowed us to enjoy hiking in the nearby mountains while still being able to easily access the town for dinner. The breakfasts at this hotel were delicious, with lots of variety and fresh options.
